Due to an expansion in our service we have several roles available in our team for Rehab/Allied Health Assistants to join our Advancing Wellness at Home Initiative (AWHI Team). AWHI help patients recover at home after they have been in hospital. Allied Health Assistants in AWHI carry out a wide range of tasks to support people to become more independent.
