The details: Fixed term until November 2024 – 80 hours per fortnight

 

He Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and suitably experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join Puna Taunaki and Puna Whiti- our forensic rehabilitation wards. This OT role is varied and includes working individually with tangata whaiora, undertaking assessments, group work / activities, education and providing support to the wider team and care partners.

 

Puna Taunaki is currently situated within the Henry Rongomau Bennett Centre and has 10 beds, Puna Whiti consists of two standalone units with 5 beds between them. All three units are aligned, sharing the same resources and have a focus on developing skills to maximise independence and social inclusion
