Salary details: $79,304 – $103,630
Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The Respiratory Department at Waikato Hospital is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic Registered Nurse looking to join our high performing team. You will work closely with the Respiratory Department’s Clinical Nurse Specialists to provide our patient population a seamless co-ordination of care between community, secondary and tertiary health services. Your role will be working with the ACCESS community CNS to support our patients in their home and community clinics.
Previous respiratory experience will be an advantage but is not essential. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly organised, has excellent therapeutic communication skills, and is able to demonstrate the ability to work in partnership with patients and their whanau to achieve planned health outcomes.

Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:

At least 4 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse

A current APC
-
Completed a Professional Development and Recognition Programme

In the process of studying towards, or completed a post graduate qualification
-
Adaptability and flexibility with excellent time management skills

Detail orientated

Previous Respiratory experience will be an advantage
