Lotofale provides cultural and clinical support and expertise to Pacific Island clients and their families who enter Mental Health Services at Te Toka Tumai Auckland. Commitment to our clients ensures healing in a holistic manner while considering family, cultural, spiritual, physical and mental dimensions. In this way we can achieve the best possible standards of cultural-clinical care.
Working within the Lotofale clinical and community support team, you'll provide mental health assessments and offer a high level of clinical treatment to our service users as part of a well-established team.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
You will already be a New Zealand Registered Occupational Therapists with a current Annual Practicing Certificate, and you will have a minimum of one-year mental health experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to demonstrate a strong commitment to the team will ensure that we are all able to support each other and share clinical knowledge. An interest in the Pacific culture is viewed as a core requirement for this role and a fluency in a Pacific language would be advantageous but not mandatory.
You are required to have a full NZ Drivers licence as this is a community-based role.
