Health New Zealand Taranaki is currently looking for a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our growing ED Pharmacy Team, on an on-going, part or full-time basis.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Pharmacist with experience in Clinical Pharmacy. This role involves the provision of comprehensive ED clinical pharmacy services (assessment, intervention, advocacy and consultation) within a multidisciplinary ED team environment, medication reconciliation, patient education, service development, and mentoring and supervision of early career pharmacists.

As a successful candidate, you'll need: -
· A minimum of 2 years’ clinical pharmacy experience
· Excellent communication skills
· A strong focus on medication safety and patient care
