Social Worker/Case Manager - Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) Team
- Permanent, full-time position
- Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Based in North Shore
The Early Psychosis Intervention Team (EPI) is a youth-focused, assertive outreach, community mental health team. We work intensively with young people and their families to provide a variety of age appropriate interventions from the acute phase of psychosis through to recovery.
We are seeking a qualified Social Worker with experience in mental health who would like to join a dedicated and supportive team working with young people recovering from psychosis.
We are an assertive outreach, community based multidisciplinary team working with young people and their families, providing interventions from the acute phase of psychosis through to recovery.
You will provide case management assessments and interventions to a limited number of service users. Skills in crisis intervention and recovery planning are essential. There will be an opportunity to take part in therapeutic group work. You will be based at 46 Taharoto Rd, EPI North.
You will receive support in your professional development through supervision and ongoing training.
