About Our Team:
As a non-training ENT Registrar, you'll be part of a 2 ENT Registrar team, collaborating closely with 6 ENT Consultant Specialists and 1 Maxillofacial Consultant, 1 ENT/Maxillofacial Registrar, 1 House Officer and 5 clinic specialty nurses. Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of inpatients under consultant care, as well as the assessment and treatment of acute surgical cases. While this role does not carry formal accreditation for training, we strive to offer training experiences equivalent to, or exceeding, those of accredited positions, preparing you for future training opportunities.
About You:
Our ideal candidate:
- Suitable for Resident Medical Officers PGY3 or above.
- A previous run in ENT is desirable but not essential.
- Applicants must be registered, or eligible for registration, with the Medical Council of New Zealand
