• Lead and Innovate: Take ownership of the mobile development technical practice at Lotto NZ. Conceptualise, communicate, and deliver the mobile app future for Lotto New Zealand. 
• Technical Excellence: Design, build, ship, and support native Android and iOS applications. Your strong technical leadership skills will be crucial in setting the standards.

A bit about you: 

Lotto NZ is looking for a'Mobile Application Lead Developer'to join our dynamic Digital Delivery team. This is a key role where you will shape and execute our mobile application strategy, driving the future of our digital presence. 

• Deep knowledge of iOS and Android development 
• Excellent Swift/Kotlin (or Java/Obi-C development skills 
• Experience with dependency management systems (i.e. Cocoapods/Gradle) 
• Solid experience with App Store/Play Store approval and release processes 
• Strong Knowledge of Mobile Application Architecture and HCI considerations 
• Experience developing, deploying and managing applications in Xcode and Android Studio 
• Excellent understanding of consuming and interacting with APIs and cloud services 
• Experience using project and issue tracking software i.e. Jira, Confluence 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT' 
• Outstanding communication, organisation, time management, and interpersonal skills'
