Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
The Technology and Remuneration Lead sits within People and Culture. It is responsible for the management and support of people focused technology applications and remuneration. This role leads a team of specialists across the two disciplines.
Mōu | About you
We're looking for an experienced people leader who has a deep understanding of people technology applications or remuneration with knowledge and adaptability to work across both disciplines.
You will have previously worked as a specialist in one of these disciplines and then moved into a leadership role where you had responsibility for multiple areas.
You will also have:
- Openness to innovate and experiment with new ideas.
- The ability to influence and engage at a senior leadership level and across an organisation.
- The ability to grasp concepts quickly.
- Applied experience of embedding the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi or using a Te Ao Māori approach to your work.
- Experience piloting new systems and ideas.
- Collaborative approach to your work.
- An understanding of the machinery of government.
- Comprehensive strategic engagement experience.
- Strong facilitation ability.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical ability.

The base salary range for this role is $138,301 - $195,248 with appointment depending on skills and experience with a generous 9% super contribution.
