This role sits within the Collections, Recoveries and Administration team and is primarily responsible for a range of processing activities and technical decisions across varied work streams for our business customers. In this role you will be completing customer investigations, and taking a holistic view, to provide accurate and robust advice that ensures our business customers have the right information at the right time. You will be working in a large collaborative and supportive team who value self-development and the exchange of ideas to improve the invoicing experience of our business customers. This is an exciting and fast-paced role; ensuring you have plenty of variety to keep you challenged and constantly learning.

We are looking for an individual who has good critical thinking skills, experience in researching and reviewing information and clearly identifying business-focused solutions. You will possess a continuous improvement mind-set across systems and processes. Our business customer base is varied, so we are keen to ensure we represent our communities.
- Strong communication skills are important - written and verbal, in an engaging and supportive style.
- The ability to interpret, apply and explain complex technical information, solid time management skills, the ability to organise your day well, and agility to modify plans to meet business requirements.
- Empathy - some situations are complex, so you'll need to be able to demonstrate strong emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and making decisions within a delegated financial authority

The base salary range for this role is $61,766 - $68,629 with appointment depending on skills and experience with a generous 9% super contribution.
