Te tūranga - The role and your impact
The Programme Adviser will work with the Strategic Adviser to design and implement processes to deliver business initiatives.

In this role, you'll get to work on lots of stimulating initiatives. These include further enhancing our policy review and implementation processes, supporting the ongoing improvements to our remuneration and performance framework, and implementing systems to further uplift collaboration, productivity, and workflow.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Planning, managing, and delivering business led initiatives
- Developing clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders covering performance, outcomes, and recommendations
- Facilitating collaboration across the initiatives

- Proven experience with project management and change management
- Experience with a variety of delivery frameworks and approaches
- The ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across a diverse work group
- Excellent strategic thinking skills
