A key aspect of the role involves establishing and nurturing collaborative relationships with a diverse range of medical professionals across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage service activities to consistently deliver high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Support managers in delivering unit and ward plans.
• Develop business cases and apply analytical approaches to budget objectives.
• Oversee financial performance for directly managed services.
• Ensure achievement of performance targets and indicators.
