About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga

This role is situated within the Design group in Te Pae Aronui | Operations and Integration.
As an Integration Advisor, you’ll work across the business to:
- support the delivery of various priority initiatives led by Design
- provide expert and strategic advice on operating and delivering in dynamic environments
- effectively collaborate internally and externally
- develop innovative and engaging communications and artifacts to support Design-led initiatives, and
- make sure that the perspectives and aspirations of demand-side groups are integrated into our work.
Salary range: $118,371 - $143,760 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

About our group and team | Mātau rōpū ake
Te Pae Aronui was established within Te Mahau to provide the education sector with support and services that are more locally responsive, more accessible, and integrated.
It is the place where everything Te Tāhuhu does for ākonga can come together. We gather insights, regulate, have service design and delivery functions, understand ākonga, whānau, communities and businesses – and use that to shape and influence the direction of education in Aotearoa New Zealand.
