Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position) 

This role provides front line administrative support in a busy healthcare environment. The role will involve day-to-day service and engaging with patients, clinical staff and other administrative staff.

You will be part of a very supportive and friendly team of administration staff, doctors and nurses.

The hours of work are based on a fixed roster, Wednesday to Friday, 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM. 

The salary range for this role is $65,627 to $74,510 per annum pro rata.

You will have a bright, outgoing and friendly  personality, a positive outlook and will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering a consistently high level of customer service. You will be a competent typist and possess a sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite. Knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage, but is not essential. You - ll be highly empathetic and respect the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality. You will have demonstrated the ability to manage a busy workload, adapt, prioritise and problem solve in a fast paced health care environment.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
