As a Senior Oracle Specialist, you will help get the most out of our Oracle Fusion Cloud service.
You will get the opportunity to be involved in a varied and wide range of work, including supporting and leading the design, development and delivery of tactical and strategic solutions and change in the Oracle Fusion Cloud space.
Working closely with the Principal Oracle Advisor and wider Digital team you will support the People, Finance, and Procurement teams optimise and extend their offerings to successfully deliver on outcomes. You will also help implement a programme of enhancements and new features, prioritised by those who will be using them, and help maintain and improve common features such as reporting and integration.
The salary range for this role is $102,699 to $125,521 + 3 per cent Kiwisaver contribution.
Ō'wheako, ō pukenga | About you
You will have senior level experience and expertise in an Oracle Fusion Cloud role with a working knowledge in several areas of the solution. Experience in more than one of the modules below is ideal. You will understand the data model and techniques to administer an Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
We are looking for a natural implementer, capable of working with stakeholders to understand varying perspectives and reflect them in designs and changes that you make. Your experience thus far has equipped you with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to see the bigger picture.
You will enjoy working in a close-knit team environment and be keen to have some fun!
Ideally your skills and experience will include:
- Experience in one or more of Human Capital Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management (Contracts and Purchase Orders), Enterprise Performance Management, Fusion Data Intelligence, or Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Working to implement change in systems and business processes.
- Active team player who can work semi-independently and in close collaboration.
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
