The Injury Prevention Benefits and Monitoring Lead works to ensure injury prevention investments are delivering on key ACC outcomes and deliverables. This is a unique role that will work with teams across the injury prevention function and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the correct approaches and frameworks to measuring benefits and monitoring the impact of investments are in place.

To be successful in this role you'll demonstrate:
Experiencing tracking and monitoring of investments (ideally aimed at preventing injury and reducing harm across complex system environments), are achieving milestones and objectives in accordance with the investment framework and intervention logic.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to develop new and maintain current relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be able to undertake critical reviews of relevant internal and external research and evaluation to support the achievement of Injury Prevention outcomes
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial acumen
- Credibility in your engagement with senior leaders
- Problem solving, risk assessment, and issue management skills
- Be able to work within te Tiriti O Waitangi centred approaches.
Working autonomously within a team that speaks with one voice for ACC, you will have flexibility with how you manage your calendar to meet certain performance deadlines, whilst also responding to emerging issues. You'll work in a highly engaged team that supports one another on the diverse subject matter that we deal with.

The indicative salary range for the role is between $123,676- $152,430 with appointment dependent on skills and experience. ACC also offers a generous 9% superannuation contribution.
