We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in a critical role providing operational and administrative support to the Operations Manager, Cardiovascular and Critical Care.
About the Role
As a successful administrator you will be key in providing administrative support for teams in cardiovascular and critical care services. The successful applicant must be methodical in approach, highly organised, flexible, and have a desire to be a supportive team member. This is essential to allow the Operations Manager and their team to get on with the leadership and delivery of high quality health outcomes by taking on board and executing their administrative workload.
About you
Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
- You’ll be an experienced administrator or project coordinator who’s used to working in a complex environment.
- An exacting attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong customer service drive, being willing to help or problem solve wherever required.
- An understanding of a healthcare environment
- A proactive approach and willingness to take on new tasks or challenges.
- The ability to effectively manage conflicting demands on your time and make decisions in pressure situations.
- A strong understanding of the entire Microsoft Office suite.
