Our Levy Administration team sits within our Corporate & Finance group, which works to enable the organisation through the provision of strategic and operational advice and support across ACC. This is an exciting time to be joining our Corporate & Finance group as we reorientate ourselves towards a future-focused approach to supporting ACC in the delivery of our 10-year strategy Huakina Te Rā.

Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
As an Operations Administrator you will be overseeing and making changes to insurance policies through accurately and efficiently completing administrative processes within established procedures and service levels to support our business customers.
You will be a key part of the team in helping process high volumes of incoming requests through working collaboratively with the wider team and business unit, while also proactively supporting the business' digital strategy when engaging with business customers.
This is a fixed term opportunity until November 2025, based in Wellington.
The indicative salary range for this role is $59,000 - $61,000 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.
