Mō te tūranga / About the role

• We are seeking a General Medicine Physician with a subspecialty in Diabetes and Endocrinology to join our multidisciplinary Medicine Services team.
• Duties will include outpatient sessions, Rotorua and Taupo hospital inpatient care, Endocrinology and Diabetes investigations/procedures and on-call duties as per the physicians roster.
• You will also have the chance to liaise closely with junior medical staff and advise on assessment, investigation and treatment approach to patients.

Mō koe / About you

• Be willing and able to do both Endocrinology and Diabetes.
• Have an energetic approach to work and is self-motivated.
• You must be eligible for Specialist Vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
