About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to provide administrative support to the payroll team, who is passionate and keen to work in a complex environment, using AMS Leader payroll systems.
About the Team/Service/ Location
At Te Matau a Māui Hawke’s Bay we use an automated roster to pay system with a focus on getting pays “right first time” for over 4000 employees and have a reputation of achieving efficiencies in the way we service and pay our people.
About you
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Our ideal candidate for this role will:
- Be organised, accurate, and with strong attention to detail
- Thrive under time pressures
- Utilise effective communication skills
- Work well independently yet also be an active contributor within our team
- Have a sound level of computer skills in particular Outlook and Excel
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
- Experience in projects / initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
