About the Role
This is an exciting, broadly scoped role in a fast paced, high volume environment, that will see you working on a variety of tasks within the Payroll Team, focusing on completing transfers within Health New Zealand.
You will:
- Manage the timely and efficient transfer of information within Health New Zealand as well as provide an efficient and high quality payroll service to the employees of Health New Zealand in addition to Payroll Administrator duties.
- Have the opportunity to showcase your analytical, time, and task management capabilities as well as you attention to detail and accuracy.
About you
Essential Skills
- 3-5 Years of payroll experience in a large organisation or >1000 employees
- Sound understanding of all current legislation relating to payroll, including but not limited to Holidays Act 2003, Wages Protection Act, Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act and Kiwisaver
- Ability to interpret and apply collective and individual agreements in relation to payroll entitlements
- High level of computer skill and use of Microsoft products, especially Excel and Word
- Be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships within the team and wider business.
