Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
Our Salesforce environment is a complex platform with multiple applications using more than one Salesforce product including Lightning Platform, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and Omnistudio.
As a Salesforce DevOps Lead, you'll be the conduit between our customers and technical teams (QA, development, architecture, operations, security etc.) to develop and implement solutions to address customers pain points. By understanding customers needs, adhering to best practice and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you'll make life better for everyone using Salesforce environments at ACC.
A large part of your role is to mentor, support and provide technical leadership to the wider team whilst driving projects forward. You'll also train stakeholders and champion DevOps practices, methodologies and tools to support ACC's priorities and strategic direction.

You'll have a strong customer focus, a continuous improvement mindset and be in your element when supporting and uplifting the knowledge of others.
We expect you'd have proven experience in Salesforce and DevOps practices as well as a natural desire to lead and progress forward.
Experience in Agile ways of working and CI/CD pipelines are essential for this role.
Given you are bridging the gap between our customers and numerous other teams, you'll need to be a team player and a great communicator in both technical and non-technical terms.

The base salary range for this role is $117,422 - $165,773 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
