We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse - Theatre to join our dynamic perioperative team at Hawkes Bay Hospital. This role is vital in providing high-quality, patient-centred care within our operating theatres. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting surgical procedures and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

About You:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated registered nurse who brings:
- A current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate (APC) as a Registered Nurse
- Recent experience in a perioperative or surgical nursing environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A commitment to patient safety and high standards of clinical practice
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced setting
- A willingness to continue professional development
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
- Experience in projects/initiatives that give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
