Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
As the Digital Marketing Advisor, you will Support our digital marketing strategy, enhancing our digital presence, and broader marketing initiatives.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Maintain and enhance our website acc.co.nz, ensuring it aligns with our strategic goals and standards.
- Coordinate engaging email communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Support exciting projects within the Digital Marketing team
- Support across our Digital Marketing channels (Web, email, Social)
- Develop compelling website content and impactful email campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate our communications channels seamlessly.
- Utilize analytics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a high-performing, innovative team culture.
This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity.

Mōu | About you
You will be a proactive and innovative digital marketing professional with the following experience:
- Qualified in Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with CMS (SilverStripe preferred) and email platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
- Skilled in digital engagement strategies and tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication abilities.
- Clear documentation skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective relationship management and influencing abilities.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing best practices.
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative work style.
- Awareness of New Zealand's diverse communities and beliefs.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $85,037 - $110,000 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. ACC offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an advantageous superannuation scheme with features like 0% contribution required by you, optional life and income protection insurance, and the flexibility to change to a locked plan at any time, ensuring your financial security now and in retirement.
