Orderly Supervisor | Hawkes Bay Hospital | 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE)
This supervisory role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our Orderly Service. The Orderly Supervisor will provide day-to-day guidance, dispatch jobs efficiently, and ensure equitable workload distribution among the Orderly team to support patient care and hospital operations.

About the Role
We are seeking an individual with a strong background in rostering and leadership, along with a deep understanding of hospital orderly services and their collaboration with other hospital departments. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the Orderly team, ensuring efficiency and equity in job dispatch.
- Providing daily guidance and leadership to maintain a high standard of service.
- Collaborating with other hospital teams to facilitate smooth hospital operations.
- Managing rostering and workflow, ensuring staff are supported and jobs are completed promptly.
