Our case numbers are increasing, so we are seeking your assistance.
As a Recovery Coordinator working in the Integrated Care Pathways (ICP), you will primarily work with providers whose clients have musculoskeletal injuries in the lower back, shoulder, or knee regions that may require surgery.
These providers are part of an interdisciplinary team who create coordinated and effective treatment plans, focusing on rehabilitation goals rather than isolated services. This approach also empowers the client to take a more active role in their rehabilitation process.
Predominately an administration role you will contact providers and clients by phone or email.

The starting salary for this role is $70,000 PLUS a 9% superannuation contribution, and we conduct annual performance reviews linked to pay increases.
