Take the next step in your Architecture career with ACC

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team, enabling our journey moving from a multi-channel environment towards a customer centric omni-channel experience.

This is a key architecture role, working across our Product Teams and stakeholders, articulating the solutions required to meet ACC goals. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer touchpoints and the application of technologies to improve business outcomes.

You'll join a supportive, industry-leading architecture community of practice with an open team culture that values your perspective, time, and wellbeing. We have development pathways within architecture and the wider business, including training for SAFe and relevant technologies plus certification pathways for our core platforms.

This is a permanent, Wellington based role.

The appointing salary range for this role is approximately $160,000 - $180,000 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.

Mōu | About you

• You'll have proven experience working within a channels space, delivering integrated customer centric end to end solutions
• Proficient in creating architectures that can be easily understood by key stakeholders
• You're someone who can collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders bringing together diverse points of view
• Familiarity with SAFe principles and agile architecture
• Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Proven experience in the delivery of complex architectures with an appreciation of the working components across architectural domains
• Sound understanding of architectural principles, practices and processes as applied in the delivery of fit for purpose enterprise solutions
