We are seeking a dynamic digital communications superstar who will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact content across our digital platforms — from dynamic social media posts and engaging website content design to supporting our wide-reaching public education projects. You'll work alongside talented communications pros and cross-functional teams to bring our projects to life, ensuring every digital touchpoint is accessible, user-friendly, and customer-focused.
Included duties
- Create high quality written and media content across NHC digital channels
- Champion user experience and customer centred decision making
- Build and create relationships with digital agencies and IT representatives
- Support, plan and execute content across multiple channel projects and initiatives
- Provide trusted, expert digital guidance, advice and practical support to others across our organisation.
Skills & experience| Nga pukenga me nga wheako
- 3 + years proven experience in a digital role, working independently or self-directed projects
- Practical experience with Content Management Systems (ideally Silverstripe)
- A strong content designer and communicator across a range of mediums (social media and video scripts)
- Experience in user experience and customer research to inform digital channel improvements.
