About the role:

An exciting opportunity has opened for a motivated Patient Care Assistant to come on board and work within our friendly, quality focussed and dynamic team at Modules 7 and 7A at Manukau Super Clinic. This Module specialises in General Medicine including Cardiology, Diabetes, Respiratory and other Medicine sub-specialties. This is a fixed term role until May 2025, working 16 hours a week, Mondays and Fridays normal business hours.

About you:

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a healthcare environment as well as a strong customer focus and a commitment to providing patient focused care to the diverse community of South Auckland. As a people person, you will also demonstrate excellent communication skills and be a supportive team member.

Essential:

• Minimum 1 year experience working in health care as Patient Care Assistant 
• Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent computer and technical skills
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills

Dependent on skills and experience the salary is in line with the National PSA Clerical and Administrative staff collective agreement.
