This is a Fixed Term, full-time role based across Kahui Marino (Point Chevalier), and Greenlane Clinical Centre allows you the opportunity to be part of a comprehensive multi-disciplinary team with strong professional support to enable you to grow your clinical leadership with a community health focus. In this position, you will provide clinical governance, people leadership and operational management for our Allied Health Adult Community Team comprising of – Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-language Therapy, Social Work, Dietetics and Lymphoedema services.

This role is based across Kahui Marino (Point Chevalier) and Greenlane Clinical Centre.

About you
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who wants to develop their operational and leadership skills. As the ideal candidate for the role, you will also have the following attributes:
- New Zealand Registered Allied Health Professional with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Demonstrated leadership capability with ability to inspire and grow others
- Able to balance competing demands and remain responsive to the needs of the staff and the service.
- Effective operational management, clinical governance, time management, flexibility, prioritisation and organisation skills
- Drive, energy and initiative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, adaptive, and solutions-focused in a dynamic environment.
