  • Based at our National Office, Te Whanganui a Tara/Wellington 
  • Salary range $106,416 to $117,782, depending on experience

Mō te tūnga | About the role 

We're looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to play a key role in our Strategy, Planning and Performance team. This is a maternity cover position until end of December 2025 

The Senior Analyst, Performance & Reporting will apply their reporting and analysis expertise to help drive continuous improvement and enhance performance across Oranga Tamariki. You'll be responsible helping deliver of our key performance reports and will play a key role in the development and running of our enterprise performance system.  You will also support and contribute to our work supporting strategy development and enterprise planning across the Ministry.  

Some key requirements of this role are:  

  • A tertiary degree in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.  
  • 3+ years in a performance analysis and/or performance measure design  
  • 3+ years' experience in a reporting writing role, including experience meeting public reporting documents for a large and complex organisations.

Annual remuneration for this position starts between $106,416 and $117,782 dependant on experience.
