Mō te tūnga | About the role

 

You will be part of our ICT Planning & Investment Team and provide administrative and management assistance to the Team and other functions within ICT. The role will be varied and includes the following

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Ordering, receipting and following up delivery of goods and services
  • Organising logistics of meetings, forums and functions
  • Taking meeting records and actions and follow these up
  • Data entry and File management
  • Assist with and collate information requests
  • Supporting the team at busy times e.g. financial month end
  • Other support initiatives and tasks as required.
  • Facilitating, collating and updating internal communications

Applicants may have previous experience in administrative and support roles but this is not essential. The role is based in two locations in the Wellington Region and applicants must be willing to work in both as required. You will have a current NZ Driver License and be a NZ Resident.

Utu ā-tau | Salary 
 

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $63,526 and $66,312 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
