Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and people focused leader to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Levy Systems & Operations Manager, this is a great opportunity to lead a team of Specialists that provide technical support, guidance and insights to deliver impactful, customer-centric changes to ACC's programme of workplace incentives and products, including ACCs Levy Classification System.

As the Team Manager, Levy Products & Incentives your responsibilities will be to:

  • Coach and mentor your team and provide support and encouragement to ensure their success.
  • Work collaboratively to lead the development and delivery of the annual Business Industry Review programme, ensuring it meets business and customer needs.
  • Analyse data and gather and synthesise information from a range of sources to produce meaningful insights that supports our organisational goal of Ringa Atawhai | Guardianship by ensuring long-term sustainability of the Scheme.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the business, representing the needs of Revenue Operations and providing support and guidance to internal stakeholders on ACC's levy products.
  • Provide operational and commercial advice and identify areas of risk or continuous improvement.
  • Project management of cyclical processes relating to relevant products.

This is a permanent, Wellington based role.

The base salary range for this role is $101,287 - $142,993 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.

We're looking for skills and experience in the following:

  • Leadership experience in a customer-focused or service delivery environment.
  • A proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams to successfully deliver outcomes, ideally in a complex legislative environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical capabilities to inform work programmes and support the team to resolve complex issues.
  • Strategic thinking, with a commercial mindset and a high level of drive and initiative.
  • The ability to seek out opportunities to continuously improve ways of working and the delivery of outcomes to our business customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, including writing high-quality reports and business cases.
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic support and guidance to internal stakeholders on ACC's business customer products and incentives.
