The successful applicant will join our SMO team of friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated professionals in the General Surgery Department. Extensive operating experience in managing acute theatre along with breast and/or skin experience would be preferred.

Your responsibilities will include grading referrals, outpatient clinics, and elective and acute theatre sessions. You will be required to be on call on in accordance with the After Hours On Call Agreement.

The candidate should have FRACS accreditation. Salaries and conditions of employment will be in accordance with the NZ Association of Salaried Medical Specialists’ collective agreement
