This important role of Senior Educator in our Moving and Handling Team is a part-time (0.5 FTE) permanent role; reporting to our Moving and Handling Programme Manager you will be part of the wider Organisational Development Team. The role has a diverse range of responsibilities across clinical and non-clinical areas for our District. You will have the opportunity to lead, transform and contribute to our Moving and Handling Programme. The Moving and Handling team are dedicated to developing Moving and Handling practise and knowledge throughout the organisation and beyond. You will work with a fantastic group of people who share your professional interests. You will be based at North Shore Hospital but will also be required work at Waitakere Hospital and other satellite sites.

• You are an experienced facilitator of face-to-face learning
• You are experienced with Moving Handling practise and knowledge preferably in a Health-based environment
• You have high level people capability skills and emotional intelligence
• You understand adult learning and blended approaches
