Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator at Accident Compensation Corporation, Wellington

About this role

We're looking for a proactive Coordinator to support our busy team in the System Commissioning and Performance group. You'll coordinate our external provider and stakeholder engagement activities - helping deliver events, initiatives, and communications that make a difference.

This is a busy and varied role, from creation and management of communications to maintaining up to date documentation, systems, and resources; coordinating meetings, events and workshops, there is plenty of challenge and opportunity for you to make your mark.

About you

You're a confident, detail-focused Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments. You are calm under pressure, and your superb time management helps you deliver high-quality work, even on tight deadlines. You'll also bring a positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills. Proven experience maintaining admin systems and processes. You have had exposure to stakeholder engagement or event/project coordination.

In addition to this, you will be able to effectively demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent communicator with a friendly manner and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience of maintaining administrative systems and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement events coordination and/or project coordination experience.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

An attractive salary $67,442k - $74,936k depending on experience, plus 9% super is on offer.
