About the Role | Mō te tūranga mahi

We're looking for a compassionate and organised Level 1 Recovery Coordinator to support clients on their journey to independence. This is a stable and varied role with opportunities to grow your career in case management.

As the first point of contact for clients recovering from injury or facing challenges, you'll:

• Work closely with clients, whānau, providers, and employers
• Communicate via phone, email, and in person
• Manage rehabilitation plans and help remove barriers to recovery
• Support clients to achieve their recovery goals

• Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex info clearly and supportively
• A curious mindset - keen to learn and apply technical and legislative knowledge

• Resilience - able to support others through tough times without carrying it home
• A clean NZ driver's licence - for occasional travel
• Bonus: Experience in case management or the public sector is helpful but not essential

Salary: $70,000 + 9% superannuation

Work-Life Balance

• Monday to Friday only - no nights, weekends, or public holidays
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5:30pm
