About the Role | Mō te tūranga mahi
We're looking for a compassionate and organised Level 1 Recovery Coordinator to support clients on their journey to independence. This is a stable and varied role with opportunities to grow your career in case management.
As the first point of contact for clients recovering from injury or facing challenges, you'll:
- Work closely with clients, whānau, providers, and employers
- Communicate via phone, email, and in person
- Manage rehabilitation plans and help remove barriers to recovery
- Support clients to achieve their recovery goals

- Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex info clearly and supportively

- Resilience - able to support others through tough times without carrying it home
- A clean NZ driver's licence - for occasional travel
- Bonus: Experience in case management or the public sector is helpful but not essential

Salary: $70,000 + 9% superannuation

- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5:30pm
