Team Leader Womens Health Intelligence at Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland, Auckland

About the Role

As Team Leader for Womens Health Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in managing, overseeing, and supporting the Women's Health Intelligence and Information function for the Women's Health Directorate, ensuring quality information and reports to support service improvement and to input into national, regional, and local data collections for benchmarking.

You will also manage the interface between the Women's Health Service and Self-employed access holders (LMCs). Managing the direct reports and collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, no two days are the same in this varied role.

You will bring to this role:

  • Health related Tertiary Qualification
  • Experience of handling highly sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience working in a data reporting and information management role
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office and use of databases
  • Facilitation and group presentation skills
  • Proven team building skills
