Administrator/Fleet Coordinator - Needs Assessment Service Coordination (NASC) at Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Te Matau a Māui Hawke's Bay, Hawkes Bay

  • Permanent, Part-time 64 hours per fortnight (0.8FTE)
  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Administrator Coordinator to join our team at the Needs Assessment Service Coordination (NASC) service.

About the Role

As administration coordinator you will be a key member of our highly professional, dynamic team. You will work alongside two other administration support staff to ensure smooth running of services in a busy environment where all parties contribute positively to improving the health of the Hawkes Bay community. A key component of this role is also the coordination of Fleet Vehicle Bookings at Napier Health Centre. You will be performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities.

About the Team/Service/ Location

You will be supporting a team of Needs assessors who are Registered Health professional as well as the wider Napier Health Centre staff with fleet.

About you

We are ideally looking for someone with:

  • several years experience in a busy role with high levels of competency in Microsoft Office and related functions
  • who has excellent organisational and communication skills
  • and has the ability to multi-task, is self-motivated with the ability to prioritise your own workload as well as work as part of a team.

Your outstanding customer service skills will allow you to liaise with a wide range of people and your resilient nature welcomes daily challenges. You will be required to deal sensitively and confidentially with all information. If you have loads of energy, are multi-skilled and enthusiastic about working in an environment with a great team around you, we want to meet you!
