Clinical Records - Rotorua Hospital


Permanent, 0.8 fte (32 hours per week)

An opportunity has become available for a self-motivated and highly-organised administration professional to support essential healthcare to our Lakes community as part of the Clinical Records Note Preparation Team.

About the Role

The Notes Preparation role is responsible for ensuring the availability of accurate and complete electronic documentation, patient records and supporting documentation for specialist outpatient clinics. Other key objectives include liaison with clinical staff, responding to information requests, and filing and collating clinical information, both electronic and paper. The role will be responsible for a dedicated active filing room, and supporting overall team functions.

About the Team

As part of the Clinical Quality, Governance, Risk and Compliance Service, our Clinical Records team provide a vital support function, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to provide the best care possible.
