About the Role
We are currently seeking a part time staff member to join a supportive, inclusive and whanau focused workplace. The position is based from Rotorua hospital. The caseload is varied with the need to deliver outpatient rehabilitation in a clinic setting and specialist assessments within the community setting.

About you
We are seeking someone who is or has the ability to be accredited in the following areas:
- Wheelchairs and seating Level 1.
- Basic and Complex Housing Modifications.
- Personal care and household management.
The preferred candidate has:
- Experience with the delivery of outpatients or community based Occupational Therapy services is required with experience in neurological rehab an advantage.
- A wide clinical knowledge base with experience in neurological rehabilitation
- Proven ability to work autonomously as a community key worker.
- Client centered and able to work well within a Maori world view Te Ao Maori
- Able to support Health New Zealand / Te Whatu Ora key objectives.
