Mō te tūnga | About the role

 

Integrated Safety Response (ISR) is a multi-agency initiative ensuring families experiencing family violence can access timely and appropriate support.

 

ISR Administrators are part of a dynamic team that works together to ensure team members and other key people are supported with the information and resources they need. Administrators are expected to have excellent database management skills and will be able to keep track of high volumes of work and changing priorities.

 

ISR operates seven days a week throughout the year, so flexibility is required. The roster pattern for this position is Sunday to Thursday and includes some statutory holidays.

 

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

We are looking for an Administrator in Christchurch who will:

 

  • Demonstrate confidence and high levels of competence with new computer systems.
  • Provide administrative support to a busy team where fluid adaptability to changing priorities throughout your day is required.
  • Manage high volumes of data entry, including working with sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is critical to the role

 

The following is desirable:

 

  • A working background in family or community services.
  • An administration or computing qualification.
  • Ability to touch type with accuracy and comfortability navigating multiple case management systems and Microsoft systems including Excel.

Utu ā-tau | Salary

 

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $63,526 and $66,312 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
