About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

As a Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our project delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes.

You'll'play a crucial role'in'supporting your team planning,'secretariat, event coordination,'procurement contract support, invoice management,'project'finances'and'ensuring project risks and issues are'identified'early and escalated appropriately.'Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of change initiatives that make a real difference.'

This is a permanent role based in Wellington within the Change Delivery team.

We encourage you to apply if you:

  • Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, ideally within a change delivery or project management environment.
  • Proficient in'supporting the management of project finances,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Collaborative team player who is adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn.
  • Effective problem-solver with the ability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and escalate or resolve as appropriate.
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $67,442 and $82,429 plus your additional 9% superannuation contribution.
