About the Role

The Mental Health and Addictions Service aims to reduce the negative consequences of Alcohol and Drug by working in a collaborative partnership, through the utilisation of person-centered approaches to assessment and treatment.

About the Role

Day to day the case manager role plays a critical part in achieving this goal by providing a service that recognises and respects individual needs and enables people to make informed choices in respect to treatment options and support to reach their potential.  Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team this approach is well supported and is opportunity to make a difference. This role is based in our small tight-knit multidisciplinary Addictions Team who utilise the 'Strengths Model' approach to assist client recovery. 

About You

For success in this role, you will bring your prior experience and have a genuine interest in working with adults navigating drug and alcohol issues.    Additionally, you will; 

  • Be a NZ Registered Health Professional with APC (i.e. Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist)
  • Enjoy working within a proactive team environment.
  • Work well under pressure and manages timelines
  • New Zealand Current Full Drivers Licence

Salary Range

This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the Heath Care Collective relevant to your profession, and the Pay Scale, determined on relevant experience.
