About the role
As our Project Manager, Digital Services, you'll lead and manage the digital‑services workstream of the GDDA transition programme. Your focus will be ensuring digital service operations, platforms, support models, and customer‑facing digital interactions are planned, coordinated, and transitioned smoothly and effectively.
Working at the heart of a high‑profile, system‑level change, you'll play a critical role in ensuring continuity, security, and performance across all digital services throughout the transition.
What you'll do
You will oversee transition work across key digital service areas, including:

- Digital platforms and applications – coordinating transition activities across core platforms and applications.
- Information management and digital workflow processes – supporting effective transfer of digital information, processes, and artefacts.
- Cybersecurity and secure digital operations – ensuring security requirements are met as services move into new operating arrangements.
- Enabling technology services – supporting smooth handover of technical services and dependencies.
You will work closely with PSC leaders, GDDA stakeholders, DIA counterparts, and delivery partners to ensure all digital services remain secure, stable, and high‑performing at every stage.
What we're looking for
You will thrive in complexity, enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, and be confident navigating digital and organisational change environments.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Experience leading digital service transitions, migrations, or technology‑enabled change.
- Strong understanding of digital service operations, service management, and digital customer experience.
- Knowledge of digital applications, cloud platforms, integration, and support models.
- Understanding of cybersecurity in digital service environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects within multi‑agency or public sector contexts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills.
