Ko tōu ake mahi - What you'll do

The Regulatory Policy team provides advice on a range of regulatory and legislative issues, including workforce regulation, surrogacy, medicines and human assisted reproduction. We are responsible for ensuring the Ministry meets its regulatory stewardship obligations. The Team is part of the Health Services, Regulatory Services Policy Unit within the Strategy and Policy Group.

We're looking for Seniors who bring:

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking ability, excellent judgement and sharp writing skills
• Legislation and regulation making experience at a policy level
• Ability to be adaptable, be proactive and show initiative, and apply problem-solving skills
• Sound understanding of the machinery of government and political landscape
• Ability to work across interdisciplinary teams and provide thought leadership
