The Senior Customer Services Representative plays a key part in how we support our customers and our people during our weekend operations. It's also a great option for someone looking for a different work-life balance, with weekends at work and weekdays free. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you play an important role by providing front line support for customer enquiries. You will be responding to enquiries from our customers, providing support for complex queries via email, phone, and social media.

This role will give you real exposure and opportunities to work in collaboration with a variety of other business groups across Waka Kotahi, so your excellent relationship management skills, communication and time management will be the key to your success.

You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
