About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
The Performance Monitoring Advisor plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of high'quality treatment and rehabilitation services across Aotearoa New Zealand. By analysing invoicing and performance data, you will identify potential unwarranted variation and work directly with providers and suppliers to understand causes, resolve issues early, and support improved professional practice. Your work helps ensure ACC achieves value for money while delivering positive outcomes for clients.
We're looking for Performance Monitoring Advisors who enjoys making sense of data and turning it into practical action. In this role, you'll engage with internal and external stakeholders to spot issues early, work collaboratively to resolve them, and support improvements in how services are delivered. Your work will help strengthen assurance, lift quality, and ensure injured New Zealanders receive consistent, high'quality care.
The starting salary range for this role is $90,039 - $100,043 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme with features like 0% employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance, and flexibility to change to a locked plan at any time.
About you | Mōu
You will bring:
- Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing and interpreting performance or invoicing data
- Experience working within, or closely with, the health sector
- An Allied Health background would be advantageous
- Confidence managing sensitive conversations and diffusing high'tension situations
- Ability to influence stakeholders where there is no direct line of authority
- Excellent written, verbal and non'verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding and application of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
