- 2 x Fixed Term positions available for up to 12 months, Full Time, 80 hours per fortnight

About the Role
The Needs Assessor role is varied, purposeful, and people - centred. You will work alongside individuals and whānau to understand what matters most their goals, strengths, and challenges and translate this into practical, personalised support plans.
Much of your work will be in clients homes, giving you real insight into their day to - day lives and enabling truly responsive, meaningful assessments. You will collaborate with health professionals, providers, and support networks to ensure people can live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
This role is fixed term until 30 June 2027.

About the Team/Service/ Location
The DSS team is based on Avenue Road in Hastings. We are a close - knit team of 10 who work collaboratively and support each other to deliver high - quality services to our disability community.
You will be well supported with fleet vehicles and fuel provided, enabling you to work across the community with ease.
