As a Clinical Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our nursing team at Huia Ward by providing high quality coaching and clinical guidance across the cardiology service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact, where you will be rewarded by seeing the growth, development, and positive changes you help foster within the team.
In your day-to-day work, you will role model excellence in clinical practice, while working both autonomously and in collaboration with the senior cardiology nursing team. You will bring a dynamic and creative approach to nursing care and professional development, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and high standards of service delivery.

About you
To be considered we will need the following:
- New Zealand Registered Nurse, with a current Annual Practising Certificate
- At least 5 years experience in cardiac nursing
- A strong commitment to maintaining high standards of care and excellence in service delivery
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a senior nursing team
- A motivated, positive attitude with a passion for coaching and supporting others
- The ability to deliver dynamic and creative approaches to nursing practice and professional development
